AmiLynne Carroll, known lovingly as Babs, is an entrepreneur, executive coach, Spiritual & Trauma Practitioner, published author, TEDx speaker, and the Chief Travel Partner and Alignment Architect behind LifeCharter and LifeCharter Command Suite. With a rare blend of metaphysical depth and grounded practicality, she travels alongside individuals and leaders as someone skilled in helping them listen for their own answers.
Her work centers on designing a life from the inside out, translating insight into structure, wisdom into action, and purpose into sustainable rhythms for life and leadership. Clarity creates freedom, and alignment is not accidental; it is cultivated.
A stroke in October 2022 left her quadriplegic, radically transforming how she inhabits the world and deepening her understanding of surrender, resilience and grace. It did not diminish her voice; it refined it. On stage she invites audiences into Conversations of Consequence, where fear is reimagined, limitation is questioned, and love is revealed as law.
